Our workflow is designed to make the process of planning and executing event entertainment as easy and transparent as possible for our clients.
We provide plenty of opportunities for feedback and collaboration, ensuring that the final product meets our client’s expectations and vision.

Understanding the Client’s Needs & Vision
We work closely with our clients to determine the specific style and type of entertainment that would be best suited to their event, taking into account the event theme, audience, and budget.

Concept Development & Rehearsals
The client can choose to have full transparency during rehearsals, either by visiting rehearsals in person or by receiving footage.
Alternatively, they can choose to keep the performance as a surprise.

Creative Vision Board
Next, our creative team will bring our client’s needs and ideas to life with a vision board. This will include elements such as colours, music ideas, visuals, costume designs, and various relevant performance options, to ensure we are visually on the right page.

Adjustments & Final Touches
We have plenty of time for adjustments and final touches to the performance to ensure that everything is perfect for the event.
We work closely with our clients to make any necessary tweaks or changes, ensuring that the final product is exactly what the client wants.
